Safety Advisor


Role

Their role is to visit relevant sites and enforce safety protocol.


Responsibilities
Their responsibilities will often arise from the tasks that the Safety Director has set them from their workload. However, the Safety Advisor’s central remit is to monitor the health, safety and environment throughout the company.

Typical day

Primarily site visits consisting of: investigating incidents, carrying out site audits, delivering toolbox talks, advocating best practice and promoting a health and safety culture at work.

Organised, methodical, strong attention to detail, communication skills, adaptable, calm under pressure.
